Steady decline. The velour chairs were so dirty and gross, that should have been the first sign that the place jumped the shark. They were out of bread for the sandwiches and offered our sandwiches on potato rolls, which were stale. There was a hand-painted sign that read "Try our Tomato-Basil soup!"
