Update!!!!Five years later and service is just as bad if not worst than 5 years ago. Waited over 15 minutes just to be greeted by a someone and walk away again.Sat there for about 15 minutes without any menus and it was definitely not busy. Most staff there seemed as if they hate to work there.

I really don’t know what to say…I ordered the smash burger, my boyfriend and his kids ordered wings.We also ordered the combo appetizer.Combo appetizer had little to zero dressings in the nachos.My burger was lacking quality and substance.It arrived after everyone else was finished, and when I bit into it; just grease and cheese between buns. -I literally took 2 bites before complaining.I opened the burger, and there was little to no bacon, barely any hatch chilies. The sauce was thin, the presentation was subpar.To add onto my drinking experience; I ordered a Daisy Cutter. The glass was covered in a sticky substance - sauce; maybe?I used one of the wet napkins to wipe it down.Now…Back to the burger.When the manager/shift manager spoke to us, he tried to justify the subpar burger on the fact it’s a smash burger…I’m Chicago; born and current.He kindly offered to replace the burger, so I ordered boneless nugs…The were pulled from a cold reserve and tossed in sauce.When we asked for everything left to be boxed up, the fave us non-microwaveable containers. (Unknowingly till our reheat today)The containers melted onto our remains, rendering them uneaten/unsafe to eat.If this is the new BWW customer experience, then we will surely see them disappear soon.This was one of the worst experiences - EVER!Step this game up, or close up and walk away.#ForShame #DontEatHere #WasteOfMoney #BadCustomerService … the list should go on!

Ordered 20 wings with 4 sauces all sauces on the side and received some sauces on the side with all 20 wings covered in one of the sauces. Second batch was missing one of the requested sauces on the side.

Our server Julie is the best! I did everything online but she still checked on us every 5min or so. She was super kind and attentive. The place was half full and she had EVERY table with no issues. Everyone looked happy and tables were turning smoothly.

I mean, just look at the other reviews.But our order of traditional wings came in wrong twice in a row. Ordered 20 wings with 4 sauces all sauces on the side and received some sauces on the side with all 20 wings covered in one of the sauces. Second batch was missing one of the requested sauces on the side. Had to ask for requested side after the second attempt - celery and carrots. Got my draft beer about 15-20min after ordering. Nice vibe tho, it was a full house .
