Totally recommend this place. This was my first time trying Bobba and had no clue what to order. The two young ladies working Sunday night were very attentive and provided detailed suggestions. Awesome Customer service.

Horrible customer service by a young lady wearing an essentials hoodies and Red hair. Went in yesterday on 1/21/24 about 6:15pm and was not greeted when we walked in. Crazy thing is no one was in there! She turned her back from us for about 3-4 mins without uttering a word indicating when she'll help us or anything. I decided to greet her as a decent customer would, to which we were met with silence. I wanted to leave, but my significant other wanted one of their teas since there are none close to where we live. Overall the customer service and lack of attention to anything is the reason I would never come back to spend MY MONEY!!!! Get people that actually want to work there. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

The young girl working 01/03/2024 around 9pm was one of the rudest employees I’ve ever been around. No greeting, very rude was sighing throughout taking our order… you can definitely tell she did not want to be there, I asked for a straw because there were no more and she was very annoyed and proceeded to do so with a ridiculous amount of attitude and all the other customers felt the vibe in the whole store… not sure why the owner thinks hiring people like this is okay because it will affect your business.

This place is okay, there's definitely better bubble tea places out there, I have to say that the young worker at the counter was extremely rude, and to be honest very disrespectful, didn't give us a greeting or anything, she sighed, made noises, and just randomly laughed sometimes too and clearly she didn't want to be there, not sure who the owner is but Hiring people like that is not okay, the kid seeemed to be a teenager and she was just giving attitude to every single customer that came in, clearly not caring. If anyone cares about this place at all I can only suggest you hire better people attending the store, otherwise why have a place like this at all. There has to be better ways to hire people, otherwise it looks like the owner doesn't care cause clearly the worker doesn't. This was my experience with this establishment, and it doesn't matter how the food is or the drinks are, having bad workers that give out a bad experience completely ruins everything.

This place is okay; the employees work very hard. I sometimes see only one person working since its very understaffed. However, the smoothie is not blended well and I can feel strings of fruit, popping boba and tapioca is not always fresh and sticky surfaces. Overall, pretty good place to get together with friends that like boba.

The young lady working on 11/22/23 at 6:30pm, didn't get her name, gave everyone that walked in the best customer service we have seen here in a while. She was so sweet and attentive and kept up the cleanliness of the place. Very hard worker. We hope our review helps the company send her acknowledgment of her good work :) plus the bubble tea was made delish.

How can you run a boba tea place and never have any freakin' boba?! Every time me and my co-workers come to this place, regardless if it's right at opening or hours later, we are told there will be a wait for the boba to be ready. It's the reason for this place's existence and you can't even handle that? You had one job, Chill Bubble Tea! And the service at time is atrocious. A co-worker told me that a while back the person running the register/making the drinks was more interested in texting and making phone calls than making sure the customers were being served.Boo this place! BOO!
