Overall the food was good. My only issue was that it was cold by the time I got it home which was only about 15 minutes from when it was made. The employees were very nice though and expedited my food since I was inside waiting for my food to be finished.UPDATE: I’ve been going to this location for a long time and it’s been fine until recently. The past 2 times I have ordered they’ve messed up my order. They haven’t put beans on the last 2 times, and this time, they added tomatoes, which I definitely didn’t want, and they put a very small amount of fajita veggies. I’m very upset about this and honestly don’t really want to go back after these experiences.Vegetarian options: They have veggie bowls

Honestly, if I could give this place 0 stars I would. My husband found a bug in his burrito bowl. I tried to call the store to report it and it’s nearly impossible to get connected to the store. When I was finally connected, they hung up on me. My husband drove the bowl over to tell them about the issue and the employee had the audacity to make up some excuse as to why he couldn’t refund him. Then his response to the bug being in the food was “sometimes it happens.” No, absolutely NOT acceptable. I’m honestly so disappointed and disgusted. Never stepping foot into this place again.

The people who are working are horrible, they only serve half spoonful of rice which really make it a bad Chipotle in my area, I have to go another location every time even this is just 3 mins walk from my home. #Horrible

This has to be the worst chipotle on the planet!!!! Not in the U.S- the PLANET!! I knew there was going to be an issue when the girl (short Hispanic) placed a half of spoonful of rice in my bowl & “smeared” it. I’m not one to complain about portions- but don’t piss me off! Then as she’s making the bowl-she yells “what else” before you have a chance to tell her. I had to pay for double protein because she wanted to give a half of spoonful. (I had 2 bowls)Then I get to the register, there’s a tall black girl who’s ringing. I guess she’s the “muscle” of the establishment. The first girl tells her to make sure I’m charged for double protein. I asked “the muscle” why they are only giving half portions of protein (other guests were complaining) and her reply was “that’s just the way it is”. Wow!Just fire everyone at this location & hire better employees - they’re horrible!! Also- the dining room was very unkept.

Just placed a order through Uber received the worst food ever the fajitas veggies were all raw sauce added to my bowl that I didn’t ask for rice hard n n all portion lol not what was requested nor required this location is a joke tried to call to inform the manager n they have a automated call system sick ?

I have to agree with all the other reviewers here, this place is not good at all, it has horrible clean up procedures, dirty tables everywhere, and worse it was dirty behind the counter too, different types of meat mixed together, chunks of stuff with other things, stale chips, the staff is not friendly, they were putting in like a half spoon of everything in the bowl, super expensive for them to put in half spoons of ingredients on the bowls, just not ok, try other chipotles, this one is not worth it

Filthy dirty. Garbage all over the tables and floors. I couldn't even find a clean table, so I ate in my car. It's useless to notify Chipotle Customer Service. Everything is overseas, and it's a big waste of time. I had an issue back in July, all I got was a copy and paste e mail back, saying we will take care of this. Still nothing. If enough people boycott eating at Chipotle, maybe they will get the message. Their Customer Service has really gone down in the years. I doubt, they will still be around in the future years ahead.

Not sure if management has given up on this location, the food on the service line is everywhere and messy they are trying to trying scoop the very bottom of pans to get every last ounce of mashed rice. The portion of my burrito would be sufficient enough for my 4 year old nephew. I jumped onto Google and Yelp to see if others were having this problem. I've been eating at this location for the past 12 years and its making me not want to come back. Get the act together Skokie Chipotle.

I came around 9:10 to 9:20 pm on Saturday Sep 16th and the manager prevented me from having food for dine in, while it says in google map it’s open for dine-in!!!!
