Not only they get the order wrong but they give u nasty drinks when they make it wrong. Never going here again. I go there almost every morning they give me only bread when I ask for avocado toast they barely put any avocado. And my cold brew is never made right. It’s disgusting. And it drops in my car because they don’t care and don’t give any customer service.

This Dunkin always has consistently good food and excellent hot coffee. I always order Midnight roast and, in other Dunkins, they say it is but often it is regular roast because I am a coffee lover and can tell the difference.Vegetarian options: You can order any breakfast sandwich without meat and the veggie egg white bites are delicious. ( They are made with cheese.)

every time I order online there’s always something wrong on their end. If you try to correct the drive thru team they get offended, and come to look at you like you’re crazy. I order here almost everyday and they NEVER say anything to greet the customer. The ladies at the speaker and window always has some kind of attitude. This location needs some customer training!

The older Indian lady that works the drive thru is always super rude and the quality of coffee is dog water. I got an ice coffee and it was 80% ice filled to the brim. My straw won’t even touch the bottom of the cup. I ordered an egg and cheese wake up wrap and the wrap is either always burnt or squished completely. The drive thru team needs to straighten up as this location is complete garbage.

If you order hot foods, just expect for the center of the food to be ice cold. Management really needs to check their heating devices or train staff on how to properly cook/ heat their food options. I used to come to this dunkin religiously. it was my favorite! i used to always recommend it to people and everything. i swore that the dunkin on golf was the goat. this place SUCKS now! on friday the 13th i went and ordered a BUTTER PECAN iced latte with oat milk… LIKE I ALWAYS DO! and what did i get? a nasty pumpkin spice latte. i understand people are crazy about it and they probably order it all the time but don’t just assume bro! pay attention bc pumpkin spice is gross and your coffee ain’t cheap for me to be getting the wrong coffee thru that drive thru. and now today, i asked the chick are you sure this is butter pecan? she said yes. i take a sip and she wasn’t wrong.. it’s butter pecan… and WATER! this coffee was so watery! it literally tasted like butter pecan and lake michigan. i swore this was the best dunkin in skokie and now i’m just disappointed man….

Only reason they're not getting a 1 is the donuts we did get were fresh & good. 1st the woman trying to take my order doesn't understand & or speak English very good or even adequately. Someone had to interpret for her. 2nd they only had Boston kreme & powder covered Bavarian cream filled donuts. I've got cream filled long johns all around the country at Dunkin' Donuts in the past. 3rd the floors were dirty like they hadn't been mopped in a while & lastly the parking lot is so small I could barely back out due to cars being in line for drive through. There are too many other options to choose from.
