Manager Katie for evening of August 11 SUCKS. We are a party of 8 and was originally told we can only be seated in 2 tables of 4. The back benches were available but they said they're not seating anyone there die to short staffing. Then they offered us a table for 6 plus an adjacent booth. Mind you there's at least 4 empty tables of 4 around us. Katie then said that due to corporate policy, covid restrictions and fire marshall guidelines they do not move tables to accommodate parties our size. We have gone there nultiple times with even more people in our group and her explanations simply did not make sense. What should have been a fun birthday celebration started out with a very sad of an excuse for customer service. We left and ate somewhere else and will rethink visiting the Skokie location anytime soon.

Very disappointed they would not accept my T-Mobile deal. Not sure if it's something to do with me being African-American. But the lady was very rude. She said you can't read? Read what it says. Dine in only. Everybody running around like zombies with their stupid mask on. Why would I have to be force too eat in a unsafe place. First time in this restaurant and I will not be returning back.

This place is awesome and it sucks that it closed because of this damn COVID 19. The pizzas were cheap and affordable. Pretty much you can build your own pizza. I am going to miss this place.

I've been coming here for a long time and always have had a pleasant experience. I just left and not only was my pizza burnt the whole place was a mess and the cashier was touching money and then WITH NO GLOVES cut my pizza and put it in a box. I sought the manager out asked to speak with him and he said "I'm in an interview" which is not the correct answer when you clearly see you have an upset customer. I spoke my peace and left. I hope the young girl decides not to work at a place who doesn't respect their customer enough to step away and handle a situation. Your staff was struggling. Step the hell up and help them. I e to this location to get pizza every Friday. Am never stepping foot in there again. And I didn't ask for a refund or a new pizza. Not returning is my way explaining how poorly the situation was handled.

This place is amazing! The staff is super friendly and welcoming . I love getting the "build your own" half and half sauce because I have a hard time deciding :) unlimited toppings for $12 . Can't beat that great price . I always order extra mushrooms and the staff is very generous . I recommend getting the pesto or ranch drizzle on top. Makes any type of pizza taste better !

I'll be honest, I didn't know what to expect,However I went in there after my Ex told me about itAnd I love their food it is amazingI love the Caesar Salad especiallyThe ingredients are freshNot only in the saladsBut as far as the rest of the menu goesThe Simple Pie is amazingI absolutely love the Build Your Own Pizzas The employees are polite and courteous, Absolutely a wonderful experienceI would recommend Blaze Pizza to anyone and everyone

While I normally like Blaze pizza, this was not good. The staff was incredibly slow during lunchtime, the pizza was burnt to a crisp, and every table in the restaurant was filthy.

I ordered a BBQ Chicken pizza, it was not good at all, the bottom of the pizza was completely black from the oven being dirty, I showed the person making pizzas. They said will make another one, no one said sorry or anything. I think everyone just wanted to go home because at 8:20 the chairs were already on the table ready to close. I been at other Blaze locations and they were good. My second pizza that was made was not much better. This is sad to see subpar pizza and service.
