Has this location closed for good?

My co-worker and I ordered subs for delivery at 2:00pm, $30, an hour and a half, and 5 phone calls with no answer later we still haven’t even had an update on our order. Usually I’m way too understanding with this type of thing but I don’t know what’s going on over there.

The worst customer service. The girl who made my tuna salad sandwich botched it so bad I couldn't even eat it. She gave me the worst slices of bread that also had the crusts burnt and a whole handful of lettuce with tuna thrown on. I can't even explain it but it was just horrible.

Employees are very rude. I have a breathing condition and can not where a mask and they told me that they will not take my order even though the governor and CDC lifted the mask mandate. When I told them they are losing a costumer, they actually mocked me and laughed at me. Now that the mask mandate is over we can block companies that still enforce masking.

Placed an order for delivery; 30minutes later I decide to show up to the store. My order is sitting on their counter with 6 employees sitting around doing absolutely nothing. Moral of the story don’t order online cause chances are it won’t get delivered.

Several times it took 45mins - seems long for a location that’s less than a mile away.

What happened to subs so fast you'll freak.. I ordered 1 sandwich today and asked for a call upon arrival. After an hour and a half I called back to check on my order and was told it will be leaving in 5 mins.. reminded them to call when the driver arrived.. 45 mins later I went outside to look for the driver and still nothing. Then as I was walking back in there is my sandwich sitting on the side of the door. It was like eating a wet sponge. Never again will I order from this location... Very disappointing ?

This location has had errors on 2 of my last 3 orders. I like Jimmy Johns but may need to stop ordering from this location. Today's error was that my sandwiches were made wrong, and when I called to report they said they'd re-make my sandwiches but asked I return the prior sandwiches and offered no timeline for delivery. The driver arrived 30 minutes later and I was offered not compensation for the inconvenience. Not the biggest deal in the world but for a place that gets business based on speed, this was slow and I should have been given a credit.

This location from its managers to their employees has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. The girl making the sandwiches wasn't properly wearing her mask covering her mouth AND nose. EYE ROLLS SO SERIOUS, I thought she was about to have a seizure. HORRIBLE!!!

They wouldn't accept a promo code I had after I ordered. But the other location down the street did. Everyone go to the other one it's only a couple minutes away and customer friendly.

Quite a rude experience. I walked into this location at 5:02pm (and I know because I checked my phone DURING this visit) and saw ONE other customer standing on to the side, clearly waiting for the sandwich that the worker was fixing. After taking 3 steps in, the worker, a blonde woman with glasses (I didn't see a name tag, the reasoning for the description) quickly looked up and, in a rather snotty attitude said, "We're closed." I was initially shocked because I didn't understand the attitude. I then look at my phone, which was already in my hand, to see the time as 5:02. I then made the assumption she meant they closed at 5pm (I did see the sign on the way OUT, along with the 3 OTHER signs about dining in and mask requirements, it can easily get lost). So after taking the few seconds to continue looking at her in disbelief, I simply said, "Ok," and left.I came to the conclusion that she was just ready to close up and not serve anyone else. HOWEVER, it was TWO MINUTES and the door wasn't even locked. So, a hospitable thing to do would be to take the last order and THEN lock the door. Or, at the VERY least, check your attitude when it comes to customers. I work in Hospitality myself, as a Bartender, and I understand how we can work all day, be tired and ready to go, but seriously. It's unwelcoming and unfortunately for them, I will not return to that location again.

Ordered a sandwich Totally Tuna, I've asked the guy on the phone that to make sure there is no onions on it, the sandwich came full with onions, if I knew that the tuna is made already with onions I would never order it but they failed to tell me that, I've called and the lady on the phone was very rude and she refused to bring us another sandwich instead I did not touch the tuna she could have it back but she just refused and said it's against the rules your a food and hospitality service how can you say something like that a customer. I'M NEVER GOING TO ORDER FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN.
