I hadn’t had Nando’s in a while and I was stoked to be in the area because there was a nando’sFood took forever to arrive at the table.I got my food and waited for a while for my drink and it never came. I had to go up and ask for it and got told to wait for it (5+ mins). Also their pictures online show that the peri peri chicken bowl comes with two pieces of chicken. Me and my significant other received the most pathetic serving of chicken ever. Not to mention they have a hidden service fee plus a dine in tax AND THEY ASK FOR TIPS? for what? Another company falling to corporate greed.

Food is great, service has been really, really poor since they switched to ordering on your phone. I've gone 4 times since then and on every occasion I've had to flag down staff about missing sides, no drinks, etc. No one checks on your table, so you have to interrupt someone to get help. I would stick to carry out only for Nando's, and if you're enjoying the mall and want a casual sit down meal, go to Shake Shack.

Went at about 6 pm on a Tuesday. No one to seat us so we chose a nice table and got settled. A worker rudely comes up and says we must move to the other side of the dining room. They were stuffing all the patrons to the "other side," the place isn't even that big. We asked if we could please keep our table, she rudely told us to "take this one" and pointed to one only several steps away. So weird! 2 red cleaning buckets with solution and rags left on a table that was surrounded by patrons. Ordered a soda, drink glass placed on the table without a hello or even acknowledgement. Very unappealing. Mashed potatoes side very small. Something is going on at this location. Employees are unhappy and management is lacking.

This location should give out discounts because they discount the amount of food they give you— other locations are better XDUPDATE: After leaving this review someone from their team reached out to me with an offer to recommend are considering they gave me practically no food for such a steep price. I was pleased but that was weeks ago and I have still not recieved said offer to recompensate…. Go to other locations guys

Atmosphere is a whole vibe. Sandwich was pretty regular ingredients but full of flavor and also veggies in sandwich were fresh. I really liked the seasoning on the fries.

Delicious marinated meats, flavorful sides, and decent service as you order via your phone online, and they deliver it to your table. You retrieve your own silverware, which is fine.

I made an order on Uber Eats and after being delayed for more than 30min, after 1 was already waiting for an hour it got cancelled. According to Uber there was an issue with the order and it looks like the restaurant closed. I am extremely disappointed with the delivery service of the restaurant and will not be ordering again. They made me lose my night
Got there around 7:45 pm and they close at 9 but their service was still great! The food was delicious as always and the ambiance was chill with the music they were playing. The manager heard we were celebrating 2 birthdays and she brought out 2 slices of cheesecake just for us. The fact that we didn't ask for it and they took pictures for us made the experience that much better.

One of my favorite restaurants around town, love their selection of sauces ( garlic, wild herbs being my favorite) full platter is good for 2-3 people where they give full bird with 2 large sides. Their chicken is tender enough to love it but their sauces is what takes it to next Level. Their sides of fry’s and garlic bread are must try ( make sure you have them while they are hot, I’ve tried to go totally lost the texture). I usually ask for extra peri peri salt seasoning that they top over their fry’s for more flavor.You order at the counter or over phone by scanning the QR code, let them know your table number and they bring food to your table.

What a great experience!After visiting the Titanic with my friend, we stopped by Nando's for a bite to eat and had an amazing time! The staff were kind and patient with our questions, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was incredibly cool inside. Thank you for a wonderful dinning experience!

The food was amazing, Nando’s has great chicken. The mash potatoes and fries were great too. I did find the ordering to be annoying. We sat inside the restaurant but still had to order online to get the food. They didn’t tell us that, but there was a paper in the centerpiece (that we didn’t notice) saying to. Would prefer a more traditional experience, but after realizing our mistake the food came quickly.

service was super good, we got seated right away and got checked up on every few like before and during our time there. they were semi busy but food was ordered and received at a reasonable time. we got 12 wings half hot and half extra hot. super well made here and appreciated the actual sauce on the wings which other locations give them out with minimal. fries always bang with the seasoning and perinaise. also got the pita with lime chicken and added some medium into it. there were some fat pieces that i did not enjoy but other than that it was good. flavor was there and same goes with the fries. i'd come back to this location. reminds me of the one in the UK
