After being treated rudely and hung up on by Emma's Bagels, I called into Panera Bread where I had the pleasure of speaking to Sophia. She was patient and courteous in taking my catering order and represented herself and Panera in the highest regard! After being hung up on by Emma's my day was off to a bad start, but after speaking with Sophia, all of the negativity I was feeling had dissipated. If only everyone could be a Sophia, this world would be a much, much better place.Thank you Sophia for being a decent human being, :)

So I go to this location because I am in the mood for a caprese sandwich. I order a caprese sandwich and ask for my sandwich to be on a focaccia bread and not warm. Rude lady who is apparently the manager her name is Maria tells me that I have to have my sandwich on a baguette and have it warm. Why? If I am paying $12 for this meal and I don’t want my sandwich warm or on a baguette why is that a problem. I ask to speak to a manger and she told me I am the manager. Had no real explanation on why I am forced to eat my sandwich their way. I ended up ordering something I didn’t want as they could not accommodate my simple request. I wouldn’t recommend this location.

The food was good, but the eating area was a mess. The carpet was full of crumbs/food , tables weren't clean and the men's washroom was as filthy as a highway gas station. Makes you wonder about the kitchen.

Delivery is fast with DoorDash. Prices feel a bit high for what you get but my girls like this place so we often order. I got the new mozzarella tomato sandwich for a change which was nice, it I wish they had stuck a bit more to the basics and had just mozzarella, tomato and basil. Instead they used lettuce and some other stuff instead.

This review is exclusively about delivery orders. They are CONSTANTLY wrong. We order from work and consistently either get the completely wrong order, or there are elements of it missing. I have tried calling, and they just disconnect the call before anyone answers. So aggravating
