I love the Italian beef on a croissant with cheese and peppers my go to. And then for dessert the strawberry shortcake is amazing and so fluffy. Plenty of tables space when I went.

It was my first time at Portillo’s ans a tourist. I ordered the Chicago Style hotdog and I was a bit disappointed. It was just a hotdog like any other hotdogs. Nothing really special.

I usually don’t go out of my way to post a review but today was worth mentioning. The girl taking my order in the drive thru had a serious attitude problem. Very curt, rude, and not customer friendly - seemed as if she didn’t even want to be there. When I went to grab my credit card for payment and turned back towards her she had the credit card machine right in my face. My experience today was so bad I am going to start going to a different location that is further of a drive but has better customer service.
