I’m so happy for reaching out to SSHE for my mom who needed help with calorie intake on a daily basis and also being diabetic.The meal plan is working out well with all the variety of foods and the price is reasonable. It has been a big help for me knowing she’s eating healthy and all the meals are prepared for me to give her.I enjoy picking up the meals and talking with Susan on Mondays and Thursdays.

Well this is my 4th time going on Seattle Suttons diet which is why I haven't been dining out because I'm trying to lose weight for the next 4 weeks.I just made it through the first week. I was eating more in regards to all the restaurants as well as my bad habits of not feeling satisfied at home next to my physical checkup I noticed my cholesterol levels were high as well as liver was affected.
