We had a lovely dinner @ The Cheesecake Factory. Thanks to their new "Cheesecake Rewards", its complimentary, you can make reservation for 6 guest or less only, No points system though. I was able to make our reservation so that's a plus. Appetizers ordered were all delectable, all the entree were delicious except for both Salmon which were unexpectedly bland. Kudos to the restaurant staff, our server Willie L., friendly, fast, and welcoming.

I was thoroughly pleased with my salmon portion, since they were able to substitute my mashed potatoes with broccoli (KETO diet).The other dish was Louisiana Hot Chicken, which came with pasta and a nice red sauce. From what it looked like, he had finished his plate. So it was a good choice to have.What they also had on the menu which I rarely find myself tempted, was the Skinilicious Cheesecake with Strawberries. It was delicious, and I had someone to share with, so I was able to have some fine cheesecake.Place is on the second floor, but was well lit from the sunlight outside and ambient.

Lizette was the best server. The food was amazing and you have to try the avocado egg rolls they are out of this world! Cheesecake was wonderful and so many choices. Only downfall is the restaurant is on the 2nd floor with no elevator. Handicapped people would not be able to access the dinning room.Parking: The mall this restaurant is located in has both indoor and garage parking at no cost.Kid-friendliness: There is a kids menuWheelchair accessibility: This place is not wheelchair accessible
Both the food and service was terrible tonight - we waited almost 25min for french fries, the Bang Bang chicken & shrimp was undercooked - the grill chicken tasted freezer frozen, and I wasn't asked if I wanted a second drink before the bill arrived at almost $200

Very friendly waitress. Food was excellent, fresh and hot. Appetizers as well. Service was very fast. Food came within 20-30 minutes. With 2 appetizers and 4 separate orders. We enjoyed our lunch with delicious food and wonderfulservice.Parking: Seems to fill up quickly. We arrived at 11:am. Buy 11:30 restaurant was at 30%. At 12:30, the restaurant was forming a 5-10 minute. Due to patrons starting to recycle tables. They are very prompt and fast. Filling to about 65% capacity now. The staff handle it like experience professionals. Just another outstanding service day. Thank staff at The Cheese Cake Factory Restaurant.

We usually love this place, sometimes we eat there but we almost always order take out, we always order buffalo blast and we love them, this time they were a disappointment as they had almost nothing inside and we ordered Alfredo pasta and it had too much fat and the pasta was overcooked . I hope it was just a one-time mistake and not that it is lowering the quality of one of my favorite places.

A good restaurant within Old Orchard to eat at with friends or family with good food and alot of different menu items ranging from classic American dishes to some asian and latin dishes and lots of appetizers and small bites. And ofc you cant forget the cheesecake.The customer service here is really good as well.Only gripe about this place is drinks are expensive like downtown nightclub prices and at times the restaurant gets quite packed. Plenty of free parking available.
