I walked up to cashier to place my order & was told "no bathroom". This is how I was greeted instead of the common "can I take your order", etc. I asked to speak with the manager & after explaining how I was greeted the manger treated me as if I was the problem. Upon perceiving hostility from this "manager" I asked for another manager & was told "there is nobody else". At this moment a man was entering the employee area and I asked him his name & if he was a manager. Mr. Singh replied he was a manager. I began to explain the situation & was interrupted, promptly cut off and was insulted by him without even asking what was happening. Very poor customer service, rude employees. I do not recall being greeted by a hostess like that ever. I would suggest anyone that has the characteristics of a human being should not patronize this restaurant.

very bad experience first time that place vaery bad worker attitude ? i really disappointed for girl worker no respect coustomer store timing 10pm 9.30 kick out all coustomer that time two girl worker very bad did give just only lattus no chicken charge $15 per order ?

Used to be my go-to for lunch but the last 4 times I've ate here it's been disappointing. First time I was like okay maybe they're having an off day but it seems like maybe there was a change in staff? maybe management? The rice is always stale and hard, gyro always tastes like it's been out for hours. Employees are cool when it comes to service, but the food just ain't it.

Beef gyro sandwich was delicious!! I had to leave with two bags of Halal guys white sauce. Very pleased with food and service.
Eating here will get you sick. This is the worst halal food I’ve ever had. Never coming back again. I came yesterday to give it another try and I got sick again.
I had a wonderful time here. By coincidence, I arrived there right when they opened, and they were gracious enough to pause their daily prep and start serving me straight away. I got the combo, which comes with gyros meat and chicken. I asked for a little additional white sauce, and they generously provided me a generous portion of the wonderful and fresh dinner. I heartily endorse this establishment.

We love having food from here. But yesterday we bought 2 regular platters and the rice was not cooked. We thought maybe food got cold and microwaved it but still rice was hard. We ended up throwing our food away. Also we asked the staff about the new spicy sizzling chicken, and he seemed like he didn’t know what that was.

The food was just amazing and blows my mind every time I have their chicken. I had their food in New York and Chicago and they maintain their standard. The spicy sizzling chicken is beyond amazing.
