My friend and I sat at the bar and our bartender Ale and the manager Kyle made our time there so much fun. We had amazing fresh fruit margaritas, which were delicious and the manager Kyle stopped by to make sure everything was great a couple of times. You could see him walk the room to greet all of the other guests in the bar area which was really nice to see. It's just a friendly atmosphere and we definitely will be coming back!

I went to Uncle Julios in Orld Orchard and the Manager Kyle was absolutely great, I really like that he came around and introduced himself and made sure everything was okay, our waiter Jason was also a delight. I will definitely be back and would recommend the location to all my friends.

Pretty good Mexican food, it has a similar vibe to a nicer Cancun resort Mexican restaurant. The chips and salsa are really really good, and you can't go wrong with the table side guac. The menu has a mix of more traditional Mexican and some TexMex, pretty good balance between the two.Parking: Located at Old Orchard Mall there's plenty of parking, although you might have to park a little far on weekends since it's a pretty popular mall.

Wonderful experience 10/10! My server Maria was so sweet and attentive to all of our needs. The manager Kyle did an outstanding job of creating a great atmosphere throughout the restaurant and providing us with a one of a kind dining experience. Ordered online (in advance) just an order of Nacho’s- paid in advance online.. was estimated online to be be ready at 6:15 pmOkay no biggie if it’s not ready on time but I get to the register and they ask for my name, which is not very common, the host goes to the back comes back aSays they don’t have my order, I say I’ve already paid for it - she says they don’t have it. Then kinda of just walked away. I pull up the charges on my phone and she just looks and says they don’t have my order (so ain’t this point am I just suppose to walk away) so now I ask to speak to the Manager, so she goes and gets the Manager - he goes into the back comes out with a ticket with my name on it and says they are working in my order now… so I ask myself, why couldn’t the host do that? Well I’m sorry that my name isn’t Jenny, Tiffany or Becky.. so on that note you get 1 star and never my business again.. Not even a free order of churros for the wait and bad service (sad face)

While holding the printout of my order showing what they missed from the order.You’d think the manager would have read the receipt and checked before he came out to argue.Worst customer service ever. $168 for a couple family taco kits is steep, but then not getting all the food and being argued with is over the top.Incompetent management and kitchen staff, would not recommend. There are other Uncle Julio locations within a couple miles, I’d suggest going there.
I recently had an amazing dining experience at Uncle Julio's Old Orchard. The service was exceptional, with our server going above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. The food was delicious, with every dish prepared to perfection. I highly recommend this restaurant for a fantastic dining experience.

Not a good night for this location. Our 6:45pm reservation for 6pm was delayed until 730pm due to the manager giving our table away to others who walked in. This was the feedback from the hostesses. After they found a table, the service was slow! Had to ask for napkins and utensils. Had to check on the drinks multiple times. Had to ask for water multiple times. The food was decent but the overall experience was below average. I cross posted this on several apps. People need to know.

Making reservations for a party of 14 (with 2 highchairs) was no easy task for a 1:00 Sunday birthday party for my 90 year old Mother-in-Law, but their manager Kyle was ready for the challenge with a smile. Our table was ready and waiting for us on time and we were assigned their super pleasant and efficient server by the name of Katie. I was skeptical that one server could handle the lot of us, but her professionalism was greatly appreciated. Kyle came over to check that we were all satisfied and I assured him as well as Katie that we felt completely comfortable with our experience. Kudos to them both . . . a wonderful afternoon was had by all.
