My first time trying out Wendy's and it was great. I tried the ghost pepper chicken sandwich, I think? And it was delicious that I had to order another one. Also the cookies are to die for :)The cashier was really nice and even said thank you to me to try them out.Will come back another day

Very little bacon or onion on my Bacon double cheeseburger (compared to my recent experience at the store in Crystal Lake-Cary). Only one ketchup dispenser working. Only one ice dispenser working. What’s so hard about keeping everything functioning? Having said all that, where else can you get a decent lunch for one person under $10.

Several times after shopping, I stopped here for a quick bite to eat. Our food has always been served quickly, and we have never experienced a problem with an incorrect order. Every time we have been, the food has always been fresh and doesn't appear to have been sitting around for hours. Another big plus is that the fries usually seem fresh! Both inside pick-up and drive-through are quite speedy, and the staff is friendly.

I was completely distracted by the male employee who refused to wear a belt. His underwear and buttocks were fully exposed. From what I could see, he was clear of any skid marks so I guess it was a good day for everyone (imagine if he had visible poop stains!). I asked for ketchup since I was given ranch instead of ketchup during my drive thru order. He sighed as if I was asking for a lot. He had to step away from the register and almost fumbled to the ground trying to grab a few packets of ketchup but I assume that's because his pants were around his ankles at that point. I don't understand how people can work in the food industry and dress that way. His attitude was very poor. He was lazy. His attire alone screams laziness. Do better, Wendy's!
