Generally I like The Monk - always have - but unfortunately in trying to deal with an error on an order - the manager or whomever I spoke to when I called the restaurant minutes later only tried to explain the menu and the ordering app to me , over and over again .Sorry but no good customer service in that interaction - regardless of how or why the ordered item was not correct -ruined the pick up order for sure .

It's a fun, upscale burger type place. Had the Patty Melt with the Truffle Fries. The Patty Melt was good felt it was a little small for $18 and the fries would have been better if they weren't over cooked. The Fried Pickles were great as was the giant pretzel!

We love Monks! Such great food, drink, and service. We try to get there once a week for a date night and the staff are like friendly neighbors! Thankful for Jeremy, Candy, Colin, Lindsey, Angel, Madison, Billy, Jeliza, Rachel, Blanca, Rudy, Chris, Leo, Sylvia, Mya, Stephanie, Chris, etc. You can see we kinda like the Monk.

I've been here a few times and service is always good; the servers are always friendly and helpful. The burgers here are excellent and the portions are decent. They have a good selection of beer as well. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good burger and beer.
Service was amazing, I wish I remembered our waitresses name. Food was good and came out hot and fresh. Prices are up a bit. But they are everywhere. Being a big open area, it is hard to have a quiet conversation, but we continue to return knowing what to expect.

Great place! Love the food and the drinks. Only issue is the parking lot. For a place as good as it is, the parking lot cannot support how hopping this place gets. takes 10-20 mins to find a spot. Other than that, go here!
Excellent experience. Great staff. Fun place to hang out. Loved the flight of craft beers and the shrimp tacos. I subbed onion strings in place of the elote.
