No napkins, no sauce on chicken sandwiches, all the food tasted and smelled rancid so we are not eating it. I feel genuinely sick. Do not eat at this ****hole excuse of a McDonald's. Which is saying a lot because the McDonald's bar is already low.

management is rude! today April 10th 2022 your manager refused service to a trucker driver. she wouldn't allowed him, his son or wife enter the lobby cuz she was by herself. she also wouldn't let him park his truck to come to the window or speaker to place an order. note would she do a Mobil order due to the fact she would have to leave the store unattended to bring them their food. I've worked for this priticular location and state street for many yrs. I know for a fact that if you do not allow truckers to order from the window you are suppose to have a spot for the to park and make a Mobil order. she refused to do either. nor would she open the doors to them. she then proceeded to yall at a gas station attending who said the same thing I did. "stop giving out false information" I also know for a fact that even if your stuck on your own you still open the doors. your not allowed to refuse service. not to mention it was suppose to be open at 6am an wouldn't open it until after 7am.

It took 3 people to get my egg McMuffin right. They kept trying to give me a sausage McMuffin. They all spoke English so I'm not sure what the problem was. I finally ended up paying for both just so I could go. Don't stop here!

Went to get my son a cheese burger like we do every other night said they close at 9. We got to the drive thru at 8:54 no answer drive to window "um sorry we are closed" why did you close early? "manager told us to close" - so who knows when they will be open

It's hard to say when going to a fast food joint that's split with a convenience store and at a gas station, but in comparison to other McDonalds, this one takes the low bar for not including sauces and no napkins in sight whatsoever. I thought maybe one was included in my meal but that was not the case. Granted, I did not initially ask for sauce, so I had to stop back to ask for it, but I didn't realize we'd have to ask for napkins as well. Now the review of the food quality is low too, the fries tasted barely cooked, and the chicken nuggets must've been sitting out for who knows how long, so it tasted dry and crusty in a bad way. If you can, avoid this McDs and try somewhere else instead.

ordered a lg non-fat caramel macchiato wax shot of espresso with no Carmel on top mmmm not sure what I got because it's so bitter i couldn't drink it wasted 4.00

I waited for 5 mins to order our daughter a chicken nugget meal. No answer I drove to the window. Apparently the guy in front of me was having problems also. I finally ordered a chicken nuggets meal. He took my card then forgot to give my credit card back. I had to ask him for it. Then I was parked for 18 mins waiting for this meal. I finally went in and I swear if the kid working was any slower he would have been walking backwards. The manager who is a guy looked at me and didn’t even start my order yet! So I waited a few more mins and finally got it! I’m sorry but that is absolutely ridiculous to wait over 20 mins for fast food!!!!

We stopped about noon on a Thursday. Our food came pretty quick - we had two separate orders trying to take advantage of deals on the app. They didn't have the chicken sandwich my wife wanted but the manager recommended a grilled chicken breast with cheese with tomato basil sauce that she enjoyed. He also checked in with is for our burgers which were pretty fresh. I had the deluxe qtr pounder that had nice looking veggies & tasted great. Would stop again.

Yelp and google shows this as open 24 hours. On Sunday 5/12 at 10:08pm a worker tells us it's closed.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Facebook says they close at 12am, McDonald's website says closed at 4am. Drivethru says they closed at 9pm... rude employees. We've been sitting waiting for my husbands bus to get here and have seen multiple people try to go in. Why close at all when you're located right off 90??? Idiots

I won't be back. Multiple staff ignored my requests for butter for breakfast biscuit. Don't include napkins with meal and now hide napkins behind counter. Staff said new corporate decision. Yucky place
