Terrible experience. Go to the drive through and give them my order. Come to the window and three people couldn't figure out how to get the bar code for my deal through the app to work. Than they couldn't figure out tap pay using my phone and made me come inside. Came inside and had to reorder. While inside reordering, I thought I'd just order a coffee aswell since i was already waiting anyway. Order a coffee a vanilla coffee and the employee tries to had me a large orange frosty.... I told them that's not what I wanted and they than try and double charge me. The coffee was literslly 20 cents more than the dang frosted I didn't want. They give me my food and coffee and I check the food and it's ice cold. I say something and the lady gave additude but replaced the food. So recapTldr:Tried to go through drive through. They mare me come inside because they can't figure out how to put a phone up against their card reader. They mess up my order. Twice. And try to double charge me than give me cold food. Bad experience. Never again. All of us leaving reviews at this point deserve refunds because jeeze man.

Used to be a great wendys,now it doesn't matter if you go thru drive thru,inside or order on door dash they always forget items or make the food completely wrong.... maybe the employees should take a bit more care or theyll end up like that McDonald's across the street....closed&empty....done with this location, never another penny from our family
Every time we get food from here they cannot ever get it right. They either add mustard to all our burgers or don’t add ketchup or pickles to them. Every single time & it’s getting old. My husband went to pick up our order the other night & just watched all the employees for 5 minutes playing with the condiments tossing them around not paying attention that he was there to pick up our order. This location needs all new responsible staff who can actually read & follow simple instructions. And not be goofing around.

I ordered 2 double Dave's and 1 plain patty 1 lg fries and I got old cold fries and a container with a patty and all toppings no bun. Took it back and said 2 double Dave's and 1 plain patty and fresh fries. I got back 2 patties in container I did get fresh fries. I'll never go back. Can't understand what they're saying just
