Waited for 8 minutes upfront for someone to come seat us while servers and other employees walked by and or made eye contact and never said anything to us.We have visited several times before and usually have the same problem.

Met a friend for dinner at this location yesterday. Ordered chips, salsa and guacamole for an appetizer. The guacamole was not good. I remember in years past, it used to look fresh and homemade. Now it looks like it was scooped out of a container and put into a bowl. It even tastes like store-bought guacamole, which is not that great. But I ordered a sirloin steak with broccoli and mashed potatoes for my meal, and that was good. Overall, not a bad experience. Didn't have to wait long for the food or drinks, which is always nice.

Got my food before my drinks. Got chips and Queso for an appetizer and the Queso came 10 minutes before the chips. Chicken crispers were rubbery. Server was very nice, not her fault.

First of all the waitress we had tonight was amazing. Me and my family can’t remember her name but it was her first day and she was great! The food was great as well and no long wait time at all. Lastly there was a hostess and we didn’t catch her name either but she had an amazing vibe and was just so sweet and even held the door open for me and my family when leaving. Definitely a great staff and made me and my family so happy for those small things! Overall an incredible experience.

1:30 pm Saturday,the waitress puts us in the bar area,its not busy,the bartender is our waiter 5min some random guy gets out beverages says the waiter wil come shortly,10 min. Go by,he kneels down to take our order(?)dosen't ask what we would like,just waits for us talk,not helpful with deals.we ordered the 10oz.sirloin and a hamburger. The sirloin was grossly maimed the mashed potatoes were awful the broccoli had no butter ,the fries with the burger were so bad!we had a gift certificate,so i was thankful we didn't pay for that! The restaurant dishes and tables were so dirty! Its right up the with the Outback that closed in South Elgin.one last word,we never saw our waiter until the bill came,you know we left minimum tip! Never eating there again!.

Food is about the same in most Chili's (so, predictable). The Presidente (I think) margarita had little tequila in it---mostly ice water and flavoring.

Algonquin location is our absolute favorite location, but this location is good as well. Nice server, food was hot and delicious!
