My friend and I discovered this gaming cafe located in the corner of an almost empty parking lot. Since the start of the pandemic, we've been gaming here and we haven't done that bad. Not big wins, but not to many losses either. We both agree that Kolinkos manager (lady who tends the bar for majority of time, always has a smile) is such a friendly person and she does her best.customer services is good and our experience has been that our experience has been a positive one and I hope more people start to give this place a try. You'll find a very nice lady who tends majority of the time. Its a possibility that family will come and help her out by covering her Shift here and there. After this it cool to see them join in the fun and pay. come here often as the peopleyone is very welcoming. has been 4 star treatment

I have worked at Fortunes from day 1. The bosses are awesome and I am half Mexican. I have had health and family situation this pass year and they have been there for me. I love working at Fortunes. It's clean and costumers are great!!! :)

Place is run and owned by 3/4men that are Indian now I'm Hispanic and absolutely not here to be racist or crude. But as a former employee I learned a lot from these men and how they treat there staff. You are hired off the bat and told that family comes first and reassured that if anything ever needed they will understand and help in any way. Also health is a big importance to them they wish for us to be well and safe at all costs. But once deep into from your hire date you learn all that was a lie. They care about family and health but only of there own. You have a family issue or health concern and need to call off they make you feel like you have to give them reason to why and of someone else can take care of the family issue or are you that sick you can just wear a mask. Safely is not a importantance to them. If you are threatened or put in a situation with a guest that comes in owners will allow them to come back and we're told to not pay any kind to them that they won't do it again but end up doing. The machines paid out insanely once open after months past they don't pay out anything. They show winning tickets on social media to excite you but the tickets they show are not current but from almost 4-5 months ago. They talk to us employees with condescending talk and with manipulation. God forbid you speak your mind or how you feel or get so upset you use a curse word as they again as Indian men there culture you speak to them in no such way, as a female it's even worse. To speak your mind is not ok. As I learned women in there culture or particularly there family have little to nothing on having a voice so when you have a strong independent women as myself use my voice it is not tolerated. They work you with a schedule that has absolutely no fairness. They don't care about holidays as they don't celebrate so if you work weekends you will work. There is no reasoning on getting all staff to work a few hours on a holiday so all can have time with family. This business is tinned by a family that does not care about there employees or there patrons it's all about the $$. I beware as again be mindful to playing your $$ at these location as they have 4 soon to be 5 as they ain't paying out go to locations near by that are worth getting some type of pay out. And my advise if your looking for work full or part time as I did. Go somewhere else. It isn't worth your the money of min wage to work for a family that don't care about you but themselves.

Place was like a Sauna when I was here last Thursday and on top of that the owner in a Mercedes leaves for almost 2 hours and no one else is there to serve anything or even watch over the place. Not sure how you can run a business yourself and then just leave and not have anyone there to run it... Very Shady Place

We were not happy with the way they let one person reserve a machine. It was through her ordering and eating dinner that they let her keep it on reserve. An hour plus seems a bit much to me. We went here often but have found other places to go because of this!
For a good gaming experience I would go to Koliko's Gaming Cafe. She's a very nice person to deal with and she keeps good free snacks on hand, plus you can order good Thai food from her mothers place nearby for delivery.
