I ordered takeout for delivery on a cheese pizza, zucchini sticks, cheese sticks, a beef sandwich with fries. I was told 45 mins for delivery and my order came within 35mins. When getting my order, my pizza was super cold. I had to re-warm it up in the microwave. Zucchini sticks and mozzarella sticks were cold. Beef sandwich was okay but when calling to inform about my order, I was asked well, what would you like me to do for you?? The person I spoke with sounded like he was on drugs and couldn’t care less… I asked to speak with a manager and I still had to speak with the person answering phones. He then asked well what do you want me to do??? All said in done. I got a credit of 10 dollars on a 48 dollar takeout order. This was there mistake and couldn’t even care less to help out when I called… Glad to know there care about there paying customers and don’t so much to there complaints… I will never order from here again!!!!

I always & will always get me sausage thin crust & cheese pizza from this location in IL; its always 10/10. I don’t try knew dishes frm places that’s not known for that dish…I tried the Italian beef today & I’m shocked❤️??! 10/10 still & I forgot to tell them to put mozzarella on mine. Delivery time was within a hour.

We ordered pizza at 6:30pm, it was said to be ready at 7:30pm. We live 9 minutes away from the location. At 7:50 we called where the pizza is and they said "He left a while again he should be there any minute". After another 10 minutes at 8pm we called again and the same girl said that she doesn't know where he is so I asked her to call the driver and call me back. She never called me back so now I called again a third time and a different person now said the EXACT same thing. So we then told him to call the driver AGAIN and he left us on hold while calling the driver. And told us that he drove somewhere completely different. The driver was 35 minutes away from our house. He then arrive at 8:34 after we canceled our order. And he offered us the food for free but we didn't take it because we already ordered from pizza hut who had it done in 15 minutes. ABSOLUTLY DO NOT recommend this place for delivery ever!

I don't like to live reviews but i have to i work on the company and i invite my Co worker's a pizza for lunch i told them don't bring lunch i buy pizza yes i order the pizza 3hrs a Hurley for delivery are lunch start at 6pm i ask can you please deliver at 6pm yes sure yes Nop 6 pm come no pizza i call and they say im sorry the pizza is going to be late after i order 3 hrs in advance. 6:20 no pizza no lunch for none. Every Friday we oreder from different restaurants no problem but this time Rosatis pizza live us waiting. No pizza. They just make me look very bad. Never order from Rosatis.pizza.

Delicious pizza at a good price. We ordered one with bacon and Canadian bacon and it was outstanding.
Price increase and the "Jumbo" slice is the smallest in the area. Quality has never been the best but was acceptable. Customer service is lacking most of the time. However the middle aged woman behind the counter has always been pleasant. (Sorry never got a name) I believe this will be my last visit.

Ordered a deep dish with full green pepper and full italian sausage. Pizza came half soggy half crispy. The sausage was on maybe half the pizza and for whatever reason the green pepper was literally diced up into small cubes and we could barely taste it with all the sauce. Definitely one of worst deep dish pizzas I've had, very disappointed with how much we paid for the pizza.

the girl on the phone was super sweet and nice!! when i picked up there was an indian boy at the counter and he seemed like he hated his job, and was very unfriendly. my order was ready and very delicious!

I am long time customer of this location, on 5/9/23 I ordered a small sausage supreme for pick-up. When I arrived home I noticed there was absolutely no sauce on the pizza, just toppings. When I called the restaurant (twice) to advise of this mistake there was no answer at 9:02pm. I called the following day at 2:15pm and spoke to Tim whom had said he was the only manager. I explained the situation and after a long pause no apologies he said "well what do you want me to do, you know you can always ask for extra sauce". I explained to him that this has never been a problem for me before and I typically would order at least 2-3 times a month. After this call with Tim, I don't feel valued as a customer and I feel as though he should not be in a leadership role if this is how he treats paying customers. I would like for someone to contact me in regards to this matter. Otherwise every other contact has been pleasant and I absolutely love the driver who normally delivers.
