Wow , ever since Carla moved on ... the place is so uninviting and extremely hot as in temperature... the thermostat reads 80 degrees... and the staff is extremely ill knowledgeable about drink prices.... what a shame ....it’s too uncomfortable to stay for more than a 10 minute stop... please figure it out!!!

Omg HORRIBLE!! No Drink ,No sanitation, Bathroom Dirty.Broken Espresso machine. Dirty dishes on table as I walked in. Attendant picked her teeth with a straw ,and fixed herself a drink.. Wow Wow SAD THING ALL I WANTED WAS ESPRESSO..

The staff are absolutely wonderful and caring......love this place... My husband had a triple bypass and few weeks ago so we haven't been there for awhile...but as soon as he is able we are looking forward to returning their.

It was my first time at Stella's place in wheeling and I really didn't know what the place was. Jackie who was helping out at this location and was from the Elgin location took the time explained what to do. She was so energetic and personable that you felt like this was a more relaxed place than going to the big casinos. She went out of her way to bring me pop and to see if I need anything. She is a real asset I just wished I lived near Elgin. Lol. Kudos for having a great employee and I will be gaming here instead of grand Victoria.
