I placed an online order for an Italian BMT. I am home recuperating from ankle surgery, so my husband went to pick it up.They claimed they never received it. So I'm out the money. They told my husband that I must have the wrong location. Been living here 29 years. I had the right location.

If there's anything good to say about this place I'm not going to say it first of all when you have coupons you should not limit them and offer sandwiches you don't want them charge 8friggin buck for a stinking 6 inch sandwich no extras just the sandwich what a rip off.its been awhile since I've been there and now I'll never go

They filled my orderThey were exceptionally politeWhen I asked for them to cut my 2 sandwiches and switch the halves, they did it with a smile. Awesome service will come back!!!!I wish you guys had the $5 foot long back

Every time I go there's always an issue. Today I ordered a #6 The Boss. They wouldn't put vegetables or any extras. Just points at the menu and says "It doesn't say it up there. I will NEVER go to this subway again!!!!

Not to be unfair or disrespectful, but this subway is BAD. Workers underserve the meat (i go to subway EVERY day closer to home so I would know my usual amount), they are also overcharging on certain items. Not sure where the good reviews are coming from… Much better subways around the area. Go elsewhere!

DO NOT COME HERE - My Girlfriend and I were trying to get a sandwich, first of all we walked up to the door and the OPEN sign was on, we entered, and the male employee who was behind the counter was on his phone with his gloves on. Cross Contamination red flag right away. He looked at us and says… “WERE CLOSED!!!” Pretty firm, about it I look at the OPEN sign, and point at it in disappointment. He was extremely rude. So we walked out, I took a photo of the open sign, because I wanted to review my experience. A woman employee enters, and starts to yell at the male because she saw me taking a photo of the OPEN sign lit up. He comes out as we’re half way to my car, and goes “What’s wrong why are you mad? You want a sandwich? What are you going to do?” Remind you all I did was walk in, I didn’t say a single word because he told us to get out right away. We drove 2 miles down the street and went to another subway. Don’t waste your time here, the workers clearly don’t care about their customers. Keep playing on your phone, you might have a surprise visitor soon.

Bharat is amazing at his job. Every time I come in he already knows my order.. Like today, I went in after a few months of not coming in and he STILL remembered what I get! This location is always very clean and the other staff is nice as well. Anytime Bharat makes my sandwich it's always top notch and he doesn't skimp out on portions either. I totally recommend this spot to everyone!

Worker always makes inappropriate jokes to me insults me and the minute I defend my self. He got so but hurt he literally was putting so little, close to no toppings, and over charged me 26 bucks 2 sandwiches and was demanding I had to pay more couple bucks , cause he was mad .

Says it closes at 9pm, went here around 8:30pm and the door was already locked.The guy in there was near the counter he saw us coming towards the subway but he didn’t respond and didn’t even tell us it was closed.We tried to open door and it was locked early before the close time still no response that it’s closed or anything!
