It was pretty late when my boyfriend and I were looking for a Taco Bell and this location wad surprising because we just never really saw it here before. We ordered and there seemed to only be one person in the back so we ordered at the screen. We got our food and ate at home. My nachos barely had any meat in it, but was full with everything else. My crunchy taco had barely any content and was basically just shell. My boyfriend’s soft tacos were basically wrapped but LOADED with everything he wanted. Sort of a mixed service here.Dietary restrictions: There’s a toggle on the screen when you order for “veggie mode”Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking available and the ordering screen has a “wheel chair mode” which brings the screen down a little.

The girl messed up my order and they never answered the phone when I called. Really need a manager to check all of them I walk in and they are all screaming and yelling it’s

We've had the same mixed experience here that others have.Often closed during regular hours with a sign that they are short-staffed. Sometimes dining room is closed; must use drive-thru even during the day.Often short on inventory. On a recent trip, they had no forks available even behind the counter. Had to use a spoon on our cheesy potatoes. On another recent trip, two of the beverage lines on the self-serve dispenser were marked out-of-stock.That said, our food has been prepared accurately and with generous ingredients most of the time. We use the self-serve ordering kiosk because it shows items you might not know about otherwise. And you may choose for it to only display vegetarian items. That's how we learned about the yummy Power Menu Bowl that comes with black beans!Vegetarian options: Self-serve kiosk has a button to select so that only vegetarian items display. And there are plenty of choices not obvious from their signs above the registers.

Please shut this place down. Mexican pizza was fried in bad oil and made me vomit in half an hour. Manager wanted to argue that the oil is clean. Owner of this place needs to be ashamed of not being able to improve this place over the years. You don't hold back on charging the higher end of price range for all the items but serve garbage to your customers. I have been avoiding this place every chance I get. People need to find a better TB nearby and go there instead of this garbage place.

Absolutely no meat! Prices are high and Food portions are small / microscopic! Definitely not worth it and there are so many good authentic Mexican restaurants in the area. Taco Bell is terrible food and very overpriced. It’s just not worth it.
If I could give 0, I would. Every time we go, we get water downed drinks, missing items, and incorrect items. The service is terrible too. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! Last time we will EVER go here.

Once again, Taco Bell on Randall in South Elgin has messed up. The order itself was actually right!! That is great since it's the first time in a year that it been right. But... our cheesy Gordita crunches had no cheese. Seriously, can someone at a corporate office do something about this location??!!

Definitely avoiding this TB. Prices are wild now for food to be so bad. I paid almost 30 for 3 ppl and all our food was bad. 12.4.23 Overcooked chicken for everyone.

I ordered a $5 cravings box. I was excited to dig into my cinnamon twist dessert and was shocked that they tasted like oil and chemicals with a slight strawberry frosted Dunkin donut like flavor (Iykyk). My mom tasted one and was also confused. Thankfully she had the regular cinnamon twists so we were able to compare. I didn't ask for these. Please don't just hand these out to customers who didn't order them.
