The south holland chipotle had no vegetables!!! Terrible - it’s like going to McDonald’s and them saying they have no hamburgers - I go to chipotle to get vegetables in my bowl! They said, “they’re out of vegetables” - poor

I really don't go to this location that often because I just don't like the taste of the food overall. It could just be me but I prefer the Homewood location more. This location good just seems like it's missing certain seasonings. Every single time I go is like this. The service is always good and I don't see that they are doing anything different but this is just my opinion. The queso was delicious today and the chips were perfect.

I liked my experience up until I got to school super excited to eat my food, and YALL FORGOT MY QUESO..(I think y'all gave it to the cop behind me).. oh and the watermelon lemonade skipped on the watermelon part.Dietary restrictions: I didn't get my queso.

The staff is absolutely amazing. These young workers are so kind, and they work quickly to get you your order, and it's always right. It's a pleasure to get fast and friendly service when you are on your way to a 12 hour shift. Please keep up the good work. I will continue to cone to South Holland's Chipolte.
There was one gentleman who was nice to me and my grandson. However this place would not have got 2 stars concerning food, if they only listen and cook the food right and not tough. I Ask for nothing hot, besides a pinch of spicy on mines, nothing hot for my mother. This place continues to do the opposite. They say meat not spicy, but corn is . Green sauce is not spicy but red is and both is. I love you Chipotle but won't go to this location any more.

The management at this location should be ashamed. Every time I come here they are out of something. Today it was fajita veggies and again as always guacamole. They alway run out of that. My husband wanted barbaqoa and guess what? They didn’t have that. This is my final visit at this location. No napkins as well.

first, they stingy with the meat cause they barely gave me any and when i asked for more, this guy literally gave me two extra pieces of chicken and steak. so i ended up having to ask another lady for more meat. also, never knew they charge for ‘extra cheese’ that wasn’t even extra fr, but it was fine i guess. lastly, the food was bland.. so i’ll just stick to my usual chipotle where they not stingy with the food and the food be so so good over there.
Their meats (chicken & steak) are bland; no flavor or seasoning. Unprofessional staff and they have no sense of urgency, even when there’s a long line
