I recently visited this Dunkin' Donuts location and was extremely disappointed with the level of professionalism displayed by the staff.Upon entering the store, I was greeted with indifference from the employees, who seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves than assisting customers. Despite the lack of a busy rush, the service was incredibly slow, and the staff appeared disorganized and unprepared to handle even the simplest of orders.Furthermore, when I attempted to address my concerns with the manager on duty, I was met with dismissiveness and a complete lack of accountability. It's evident that there is a severe lack of training and leadership at this establishment.Overall, my experience at Dunkin' Donuts was far from satisfactory, and I would caution others against visiting this location until significant improvements are made in staff professionalism and customer

I will add to this horrible Duncan location. The manager told me they do not do refills but he didn't know why other than the prices have gone up for coffee. He pointed me to assign that stated they do not do refills to keep people safe.I got a couple of doughnuts in the manager while bagging them used tissue to get them but no gloves. Then left the tissue in the bag.Coffee tastes old. Everything is way overpriced.Dunkin donuts should do something about this location

Stopped on 8/21/2023 There two women working not one person in line but us. We had to call for help after waiting quite awhile. Then after we got our food had to call for them to give us napkins. Very poor service!!!

The only good thing is it’s timing. It open 24 hours. The bagel was old and they mast up the order and give me strawberry cream cheese with everything bagel but I ordered veggie cream cheese.
