I was reading the last review of that person that said how long it took them to fix your food.Well let's talk about the food, I was in there and yes it took a very long time the people that pre-ordered theirs online and pay for it,walked in and walked out.but if they walked in and ordered it seemed like it took forevernot only that the food was not that good at all.it was old fish and thawed out microwave chicken wings.I'm a truck driver and I've been driving since 1981 I've been eating at restaurants all over the United States.this Harold's Chicken is the worst chicken I ever had,the worst fish I ever had, they claimed as perch but,it's not is tilapia old frozen Tilapia at that.It was tough.Text of the chicken was not great at all it was tough also and it was cold.

Chicken wings were cold are the sauce taste like ketchup? My fries were cold and the chicken look like it wasn't done. And it was too salty and the customer service terrible

I don't know why but I've never liked their fish from this location. And after last night I still don't. They do have very big pieces of fish now but I didn't like the taste of it. They initially told me 25 minutes to cook it and it was over 45 minutes. The did make amends and gave extra fish for my wait.

PLEASE TAKE HEED TO THE REVIEWS. THIS LOCATION IS NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY, GO SOMEPLACE ELSE. I will never go back to this Harold's again. When I walked in there was only 1 person and he was waiting for his food. I placed my order for gizzard and wing combo at 1:20, didnt receive my food until 30 minutes later. There was a young lady that came in about 5 min after me and order 2 perch dinners. She asked the cashier how long and was told about 15 min. The young lady came back in 20 minutes and got her food as I am still waiting for mine. By this time a line has formed and I have to wait to find out why my food is not ready yet and I ordered before she did, mind you the man that was there before me was still waiting for his order too. When the cashier finally came back to the window after she was in the back holding a whole conversation with the cooks she now has an attitude. I am so over patronizing black businesses that doesn't appreciate our dollars.

Ordered a 10 wing and a 1/4 white. Got my food, brought it home and it was gray and dry. I mean dusty insides dry and gray. Unt unnn. It appears that MAYBE old chicken was Refried. Either way I called in and expressed my dissatisfaction. A young lady by the name of Aja was apologetic and reassuring. She instructed me to freeze the food and reorder within 10 days. I did just that called back 10 days later and Another young lady with a nasty attitude answered and told me Aja no longer works there and although I followed the instructions and still have this old frozen food that there is NOTHING that she can do about it. So this review is what I am doing about. ? Don't support unless you're drunk and have exhausted all other food options. This is the absolute overpriced worst.Initially I figured they refried food to save themselves from wasting but I actually waited the full 20 plus minute wait for the preparation and cook so how sway...

Placed as n order thru Uber Eats. Ordered fish dinner and 3 wings. They do have z minimum order in which they deliver. I get delivery and boom the main entree of catfish wasn’t included. I was charged for both, I know mistakes can happen, what ticks me off is that even after 4 phone calls to location hoping to correct, ZERO CALLBACK. Why deliver a $5 order of chicken wings???? and forget a $23 order of fish???.If was my first time ordering from this location, Too many other choices for good never again

This location continues to underwhelm in all aspects of operation. I believe residents and influencers within the community should have higher standards for businesses to abide to in our community. There's never a leader/ decision maker in the store. They continue to be understaffed, and the height of covid is far removed. Perhaps the owner should consider why people simple don't want to work for his particular business, and if you can't staff, you should be dedicated to your work and be there until you can possibly fix it. South Holland, we deserve better. Negative star rating.
