We partnered with Hershey's Ice Cream to get an ice cream cooler at our family owned pharmacy. The first cooler they delivered died and all of the ice cream melted. The second cooler delivered weeks later was filled once and they never answered our calls for a replacement order. When we finally got a hold of them (by first calling corporate, and then using a cell phone instead of the company line to call our rep) they said 'we don't sell enough ice cream' to place another order. In the first month we had the cooler we sold over 150 units. I guess that's not enough. Time to find another company to work with.
