Kirk’s you have gained a new customer. My husband got a tip and chicken combo. I got a mini tip. My husband usually doesn’t allow eating in his car but we drove 30 minutes to get there based on the recommendation of his coworker. The food smelled so good I just had to taste it . One bite and it was over! We finished the mini tip before we made it to the highway . I opened up the chicken and tip combo. It was at that moment when we agreed let’s turn around and go back for more. We returned to purchase the bucket of rib tips. Barbecue is our favorite food. But it’s so hard to find good barbecue so we usually make our own. So glad we found kirks BBQ I hope they remain consistent.

The food is fresh and delicious. There is a wait time, and you can't call in your order in advance. The regular cashier has a serious problem with customer service. The couple of times that I went, it's getting worse. I don't know if I will return.

I’ve been going here since they opened up in my community. On a Friday I usually order a large order for my family on my lunch break, pay for it because I work from home and I would pick it up when I get off and I never had an issue but today they are giving me a problem. Why do they make it hard for the customers that spends their hard earned money with these businesses.

The rib tips and slabs made was horrible. They did not taste fresh and everything was falling apart, and some of the rib tips were over cooked.

I always order the jerk tips and I'm Never disappointed except these last 2 times. I stopped going for the special on Wednesday along time ago because it was just that good that i didn't care about saving a few bucks. So I usually go on a Thursday and Friday and Both times, the last Two, the tips were not even close to the tenderness & flavor that constantly had me running back and spreading the word in the past. I haven't seen him(owner) there but have indeed seen the wife whom may I add is always pleasant as is the other staff but there were so many customers, I didn't want to put the business on blast after that one bad encounter, but now it's been 2. I'm hoping this review will be seen by the owners so they can get back to what they have done so well in the past and that's Q some BBQ! I want this location to thrive & continue to have longevity. I understand staffing issues and other everyday issues this is why I will give Kirk one more go around. I Believe & Support Black Businesses! God Bless! UPDATE!!!!! I thought "another business has got successesfull just to fall off but NOPE Kirks is the Same DELICIOUSNESS That had me Running back for more!!
