We like to purchase the bucket, but last night was way too busy, the tips were not smokey flavorful, a bit greasy and chewy. I have never said anything bad about this place. We paid 36 dollars for 2nd rate ribs. I have recommended this place to friends. I cannot recommend Kirk's to anyone after last night, Saturday.
