I place an order ahead of time because I knew I would be driving and passing the restaurant on the way to my destination. When I showed up, after the time they told me, I had to wait in line even though I'd already paid for my food. Once I waited in line they told me I had another 10 minutes to wait on the teriyaki. I don't understand the point of ordering ahead of time and showing up after the time you get there if you're just going to have to wait on food longer when you get there

Why are you guys spoiling the name of this Panda Express by doing such bad things? Bring a good cook who knows how to cook. Please don't do this, we will try from other places too but I have never eaten food worse than this. Only in place of chowmein! You guys are using cabbage instead of chowmein? Which is not good. There is no onion, no capsicum, it is filled with just one thing and the quantity is very less so that it does not go overboard and the quality is absolutely zero. This is my request to you people. With folded hands, please do not spoil the name of Panda Express. This name has been made with a lot of hard work and it is popular everywhere and people also provide very good services. But your service has always been like this. Most of the time your food smells burnt. Whoever owns this place please pay attention otherwise it won't take long for it to close down.

I stop here for lunch every few weeks, and it's always so good. I almost always get a plate with String Bean Chicken Breast and Chicken and Mushroom, plus white rice. It's always delicious!I have no idea why it has such a low rating--I was actually really surprised when I saw that, as it's one of the best and most consistent Panda Express locations I've been to.

Hard no on samples. I ordered 2 orders of cream cheese Rangoons. They had 8 in the tray. Alicia dropped a full order on the floor, and then tried to replace it with a new order, however there were only 2 Rangoons, one didn't even have cream cheese. She tried to just give us that and would have charged us for it, had I not decided against the second order. Food was meh for panda
