Ordered bowl of chicken noodle soup - broth only, no noodles, no chicken, lukewarm. I was offered a refund after I was told they filled my order with the last of the soup in the pot. Therefore, you knew you were distributing broth only instead of using a fresh pot. Fruit cup was $4 and consisted of 4 small pieces of pineapple and 2 small pieces of cantaloupe.

the address of this Panera is correct but the pin is in the wrong place - about 2 blocks west of the actual location. i’m sure the restaurant is fine but this was annoying for 2 hungry girls on a roadtrip!

This place has turned ghetto. It wasn't always like this, but recently the staff is poorly trained, the manager has a bad attitude and wants to challenge customers, often messes up orders, it's just terrible. This place truly gives Panera a bad name and if I didn't know better I would never eat at a Panera Bread again. Fortunately I know that other locations do not have these issues so I encourage anyone that loves Panera Bread as much as I do to find another location because this one will guarantee you a bad experience.

I'm a regular at this location. My order is wrong about half the time when I order for delivery. My order is usually correct if I dine in or carry it out . The food is fresh and tasty. I just wish they'd make it the way I order it. Today, I ordered a Green Goddess Cobb Salad that was missing the bacon. I removed the tomatoes and onions. If you go to this location, don't order for delivery. There's no telling how your food will get to you. Talking to the manager to make it right is pointless. Once, I received a completely different order. The manager was supposed to refund me for the order I didn't receive. She didn't.

They were out of flat bread!. Can you believe that. This is one of their trademark staples. Everyone expects flat bread when they order soup from Panera. Totally unforgivable.

The food was disgusting. I order the You Pick 2 option with the Teriyaki Broccoli and Chicken Bowl and the Fuji Apple Salad with Chicken...the chicken bowl was drenched in Teriyaki sauce and it became a horribly sweet sticky soup. In regards to the salad, there was this onion in there that had what appeared to be plastic film stuck to it. It is disappointing since it was my first time at this location. For $20.89 with no drink, please do not order here. Go eat somewhere else.
This location has the least friendly staff I have ever experienced at a Panera location. My sandwich order was made incorrectly and instead of offering to replace or refund me “Amanda” the Manager reluctantly offered me a free pastry stating “thats all we can do”. Sandwich was incorrectly made, sloppy and very skimpy. $20 for a incorrect poorly made sandwich. Definitely not ordering breakfast from from this location again.
