I went into this establishment to get a special offer seen on TV. When I got there I was informed that it wasn't what I thought, but,the guy that helped me explained in an knowledgeable and understanding way.Therefore, I still made the purchase even though it wasn't as I seemed.

I should have known when Pizza Hut started offering buy 2 or more menu items at a set price it would be something to it. The crust was the worst. It was just dough. No butter, garlic or salt. I paid for stuff crust and it was like eating a flat frozen pizza. The wings were stiff. After 2 years of not eating Pizza Hut due to the huge price increase, I will stick with Domino's.

Placed an order online like always never had any issues got home and opened up the boxes and the pizzas were completely wrong called in as in the app you can’t do anything lady I spoke to said she had just got into work give her a few minutes and she’s get back to me and fix my issue after about 3 min on hold the phone call ended and when I called back multiple times no one answered
The food was really good. One of our favorite, family, delivery restaurants !

The restaurant staff needs retraining for customers service and food service. My order was made wrong 3 times and they literally stopped answering my phone calls.

Terrible customer service. The male cashier was rude and was upset that he had to walk outside to my vehicle to bring me my pizza. So he decided he wanted to argue with a customer. So this last time I ordered from this pizza hut his obese a** canceled my order stating that I cannot order from that location any longer because I said some personal things about him. Mind you EVERYTHING I said was TRUE. I guess his feelings were BIG hurt just like him. I left out laughing because Excuse me LARGE MARGE you are not the only pizza place around. You're the one losing business and money to feed your enormous appetite. I wish you the best PUMBA.

The worst Pizza Hut, they spend more time giving me free stuff than giving me my right order. I didn't have to pay today because they messed up an order for me , couple weeks ago and today they messed up my order again. And that salesmann at the front has the worst attitude "Big guy"
