Called at the last minute to cater a business luncheon due to our food being canceled by a different location. Gentleman was very accommodating and able to get 60+ sandwiches made for our company. Bread was fresh and staff was pleased with their food. Thank you so very much!

Did it again!! We visited this Subway about 6 months apart. Amazingly, or more accurately, intentionally, this Subway charged us $1 more than the listed price for our sandwiches. They don’t give you a receipt unless you ask for it. Make sure you get a receipt and check it!! They are probably making a fortune stealing from their customers. I reported them to the Subway website! The owner wrote back and said to bring the receipt in and they’ll reimburse me for the money they cheated me out of!!! Are you kidding me!! If that’s all they’re offering for cheating a customer, it’s obvious they don’t have any respect for their customers. I’m contacting the media tomorrow morning!!!

Not a welcoming environment. The woman at the counter was rude. Her the male arguing in their language back and forth until it’s annoying. She’s distracted. After spending my money she did’t say nothing. Store looks like a prison.

This Subway is listed on the app as accepting the coupons listed in the app. Upon arriving after placing and paying for an order I was told they canceled my order because the owner doesn't accept any coupons, I accept that but why be on the app as accepting coupons, this is a waste of people's time and gas, also your money is not refunded right away on your card.

Rude staff. Coupons promoted and not honored. Franchises have discretion to honor or not yet pay for the promoted items advertised. So the loss in business revenue per location that doesn't honor the advertised Coupons are shooting their selves in the foot. I love ❤️ me some subway but avoid this location. GL

I don’t understand how I go on the app to place an order and it offers me a coupon for buy one get one free or 50% off and I place the order but receive a call to say the order is cancel. They don’t accept coupons. The app clearly lists this location as participating. Then gets mad because I’m asking a question as to why are you even on the app. Now I have to wait for a refund. I don’t like how rude they are in this black community and I will not spend another dollar at this location.

Good location, they were kinda under construction with signage and boxes.I'm sure it generally a great location.Moving onto important review stuff, the staff and customers in line were very friendly and up beat.Food prepared perfectly add ordered and enjoyed at a table with some chips and a drink with some co-workers.Will visit again if working in the area.

I wouldn’t recommend going here the people are incompetent, and rude. The guy gave me a sandwich with just lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and cheese on it. And then when I noticed I called back asking why did they give me basically a salad on bread the guy claimed it wasn’t his problem and I was the one that ordered that. Then he hung up on me. I saw them have issues with other customers before but this was my first time experiencing it myself. The subway in Lansing is far better than this one.
