I waited 15 minutes and drove through the drive thru twice while both individuals inside clearly saw me, both times and chose to ignore me both times waiting at the drive thru speaker. What's the point of saying 24hours if that's obviously not happening.

Came here for a quick bite through the drive through. We added orange juices for everyone.Opened the second orange juice and saw a shorter brown- almost black hair. So gross!Went back to McDonald's to show them.First they said they would only give me a new orange juice. Would you want a new one after seeing that? Not me. And I'm definitely not giving that to my kids, for whom the orange juice was for.Asked to speak to a manager. The manager showed up, refunded the money for one orange juice, and walked away. He didn't even look at me.This could have been resolved easily if he could have said I'm sorry. Nothing.His name is Crimson. He was horrible. In fact his hair seemed to the the same length and color, was black and was unkept, for food services.The only person who tried to be helpful, but is not given authority to do so was Stephanie. She said she wanted to refund my whole meal and apologized on the managers behalf.Seems this location could use proper customer relations training.I intend on contacting the Bear Family, who owns this location.

Friendly drive-thru experience.Parking: Good parking in the McDonald's lot and next door is Jewel parking which is also available.
If your website says you’re open 24 hours and the app says you’re open 24 hours you need to update everything regarding your correct hours. Shouldn’t be able to order on the app and then watch your employees ignore us as we want them to cancel the order so we can go somewhere else.

Hands down the worst McDonalds you could go to! It doesn't matter if you go in or go through the drive-through or order it on the app is going to take them as long as they possibly can to get your food ready. Today I went through the drive-through and ordered a spicy DELUXE chicken sandwich and a McChicken and received a McChicken and then I got a chicken patty between two pieces of bun and that was my deluxe chicken sandwich NO lettuce, No tomatoes, No sauce and under cooked chicken.

The store manager in the morning on weekdays consistently gets my order wrong and when I return the order decides to argue with my wife. Glen who works the drive thru on weekdays is great

Morning shift staff is awful. Shouldn't take 20 minutes for 4 cars to order their food before getting to the 1st window. How do you forget a sausage patty for a sausage mcmuffin? Need to get to work. Don't have time to wait 30 minutes for 1 little sandwich. Need better people for drive through and better bag checkers. Hopefully Fox Lake will be operational soon! Either them or Richmond are sooo much better at their drive through and much better attitude from the employees as well. Spring Grove has a bunch of high-schoolers who like to vape in the back and argue with guests. Wouldn't even bother giving them a 1 star.

Super Slow. Got my entire order wrong. Ordered a bagelsteak round egg n cheese. Got bagel n round egg. That's it. A big breakfast for my 2 little nephews. Eggs were runny n I swear the microwave the pancakes. They were rubbery. Very disappointed.
