I've started coming to this location back in May/June and have NEVER had a bad experience or anything to even complain about. ALL the employees are super friendly! One of them even knows my normal drink now! But wanted to write this because I just went in (10/1/21 4:30pm) and the 2 gentlemen working helped me figure out what I wanted! I've never had actually coffee at Starbucks (I normally get Frappuccino's or refreshers) and they helped me pick a coffee that I absolutely LOVE!...read full review
This Starbucks location inside of the Spring grove jewel osco has done a complete 360 in the past year or so. The new manager is so friendly and you can tell the baristas enjoy their jobs as well.... I am a local resident of the spring grove area and Every time I go in there, the staff always greets me with a friendly hello and a smile. they remember my drink and my name.. most importantly they make my drink taste the best. Last year it seemed the department was very unorganized.....read full review

Jeff just made me the most fire Brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso! For a Starbucks in a grocery store this is one of my favorite locations they have an awesome staff here and they do a great job
