The ham and jam egg sandwich was by far the absolutely best breakfast sandwich I've ever tasted. The biscuit was light, fluffy and definitely made from scratch. The ham was moist and delicious. Combine with the egg and cheese, it was perfection!

Arrived at 6th street cafe close to closing but hey no problem!! I was welcomed in like family, told to sit where ever I wanted and was immediately given a menu. Order was taken promptly and food was hot and fresh and tasty. Staff were amazing friendly and were quite knowledgeable of their fair city. Didn't feel rushed...even though I'm sure they wanted to go home!!! Would highly suggest that if in the Springfield area to stop by. Maria is amazing!!! Ambiance was homey as well!!!
