Absolute trash-tier experience. Party of 7 for a birthday ready to SPEND - we had drinks, a couple appetizers and then came the salad bar..... WELL, the salad bar was fully stocked except PLATES. Asked for plates from the attendant and was told "IN A MINUTE" (yes, she spoke in caps) ok.... then here comes the manager to the salad bar (big, dirty, dumpy-looking guy) who basically told us to get out and we were to pay for whatever we had insinuating we were trying to get something for free (which we gladly did and tipped the server - $70 tip, who was kind and apologetic) and told the birthday guest that he was "the worst person he'd ever met" - all we did was ask for plates for the salad bar. This happened last year and I've been meaning to review the experience, but wanted to do so with a clear head and put some thought into it instead of ranting angrily. Anyway, I've been in the bar/restaurant industry for 27 years (from dives to fine dining) and NEVER have I seen a simple situation escalate (through actions of management) in this way.

I never leave a review but I was so ecstatic. The chicken tenders were crispy on the outside and tender on the inside and also was a bit big (if you don't get it from the kids menu). The fries were also crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Our waiter, Matt, was polite and refilled my drink right after it went out almost every time. My younger siblings both got free Oreo packages that contained 2 Oreos in each package. Our waiter also let us order our meal from the lunch menu even though the menu changed due to it being close to dinner.

I've been coming here for 35 years, one of my my absolute top 3 favorite steakhouses in the Country. Best serving staff anywhere hands down, Calorie, Jodi and Chris are top notch. Todd, the manager is a.super nice guy and always really fun to talk to. Last time I was in town over Christmas my cousin and I went in and ordered Porterhouse's Todd came over to our table and apologized that his meet cutter had already left and he offered us each 2 T-Bones instead...lol

Food was good and price was okay but there wasn't enough servers for the amount of people I don't think and when so many people got in it got really really noisy and people don't have sense anymore so they'll sit at the table and talk on their phone and watch things and play games and all the extra noise. It's sad, maybe I'm showing my age but I remember when people had cell phones and they'd go off in a restaurant they get up and walk out and talk to people.

Great place to bring people who are from out of town. More of a novelty than a really excellent steakhouse, flavor-wise. Fun and unique dining experience and everything tasted good and fresh, and service is great. Pretty expensive.
