Fast, reliable, and friendly service. Pizza is somewhere in between St. Louis style (cracker/thin crust) and traditional NY style. Wish they had Bacon strips instead of crumbles. Very affordable and always fresh.

West Lawrence had the best staff Jordan and Josie got me in super late, were very respectful, made sure i had everything i needed in a efficient time, and the patience they have is outstanding cause im a complicated customer

They delivered our hotel no problem. Ordering was simple on their website. Pizza was good, fresh and hot. I would order from them again while in Springfield.

The person on the phone was super rude. I would call and without answering the phone he would place me on hold. When I called back he stated there we orders being placed in front of me and left me on hold for 25 minutes. They need to learn customer service. If you had asked me last week when we were coming through I would have said 5/5 but now 0/5.
