I used to enjoy Applebee's. This location has gone downhill a lot. Seats were ripped and dirty. Service was slow. Twice we walked up to bar to get a drink. Food was mediocre at best. My medium rare steak was well done. Broccoli had no flavor. Mashed potatoes were the best part of the meal. Spinach dip appetizer had little flavor, too.

Its our first and last time to visit this branch. We entered and there was no host we waited about 5 minutes to be seated.We ordered diet soda, and it wasn't carbonated. Then we ordered 3 meals and 1 appetizer, we got the appetizer after 35 minutes and the meals after 50 minutes, although the place was not crowded.The table next to us arrived and ordered after us, but they received their food before we got ours.After the long wait the food wasn't hot, my daughters meal was missing some items, the food was vey oily, and the fries looked stale. Also, we didn't get drink refills.The restroom was very dirty and smells bad ?

It's Applebee's. Not much more to say. Our waitress was great but the food and drinks were terrible. The bartender was not interested in filling the waitresses orders for their tables. She only paid attention to her regulars seated at the bar. I rate it a P for Pathetic.

We stopped in at 3:30 for an early dinner. The service was slow, which wasn’t a big deal for us, but it wasn’t busy. We ordered an extra side and when the food came out they gave us the wrong side. She took it back and we assumed she would bring the correct one back. That didn’t happen, so we just went without it, but we also still got charged for it on our bill. I typically enjoy the Applebee’s chain but I won’t be back to that location.
