Terrible. Waited 22 minutes, no food. Ordered from drive up, different price at window (12 minutes). I said there that there was a difference in price. The response was that we charge what the computer says. I said that's bullshit. Employee said said it's not bullshit and through a glass of soda in my face. Damn. I left. Place should be shut down. Skank employees. This is real. I love one block away and am 71 years olds.

Stopped here on our road trip - went 15 miles out of our way and the doors were locked! We could see people eating inside. No sign on the door and no one said anything to us. We went through the drive through and they said the dining room was closed but wouldn't say when it would reopen. Someone said they were short staffed. Really unwelcoming and a bummer.

My most recent visit will be my last. My food was undercooked, sloppy and thrown together. Beyond terrible. Won't be at all surprised if this makes me sick later. I'll make sure nobody I care about comes to this establishment. Awful food, worse service.

Had to rate this to leave a review. Went to this restaurant. Ordered some food. Got my order. Went to the counter to ask for some ketchup packets for my order. Had to go to the other part where the napkins to get one to wipe the coleslaw off of the bag. Took my order out to the truck. Had to go back in to the restaurant to get someone that was using the bathroom. Upon going back in the manager accused me of stealing a bottle of ketchup that was sitting on the counter in the area where I was. I took my bag back into the store and asked where the bottle of ketchup was at. She told me that I just needed to leave. She was on the phone with her Gm. She also said I'm not crazy. I know what I saw. Wanted a root beer float. But was told they're out of root beer . This is not a place I would recommend to anyone
Food is good, used drive thru, service was great, not a long wait for food. Overall a good experience.

We have been going to this restaurant drive through to purchase our son's favorite meal (plain double bacon cheeseburger with cheese curds) for several years and are well aware of all of it's shortcomings but after last night even our son is done with them. After making his regular order, he received a single burger with mayo, ketchup and lettuce and on top of that the burger could not have been colder if it had been stored in a refrigerator. We did not discover the problem until we made the short drive home and attempted to call the restaurant to make a complaint. Our calls were never answered. Thank goodness Culver's isn't that much further from our home. They will now be getting our business.
