Where do you go at the end of a beautiful sunny 71 degree day...baskin-robbins on Chatham road. The smells of baking waffle cones is enough to drive you mad plus you will be greeted with a friendly hello. And of course the delicious ice cream. Too many choices, no problem get more than one scoop.

Look forward to having pumpkin ice cream every year for my birthday which is in October. This year the only choice we had was the pumpkin cheesecake. We've had it before but there was no pumpkin taste in it this year. It was very disappointing.

Was told at the Chatham Rd Location we can not eat our ice cream inside we have to eat it out side ? said if we didn't like it contact corporate ? Excuse me but isn't our state back open? And how the ? we suppose to eat it out side you don't even have seating out side..... Will not come back to Chatham Road location

Very good COVID procedures and great ice cream.

Walk in all 3 girls at counter on their cell phones. None of them wearing a mask even tho they have signs all over their store windows even after they were closed for covid after employee tested positive weeks ago. The girl who wore the ice cream sandwich t-shirt was very rude. She ask me want do want. When I explained to her what I wanted she made it wrong. When I tried explaining it again. She said well you said this. I said no you cut me off an didnt let me finish my selections. When paying she looks at me and say is that all. 2 ladies walked in behind me and the same girl that was rude to me was very proper and polite to them. I've always gone to McArthur location and I will continue to do so even tho its a further drive. It's sad that teenagers these days treat people so poorly. I will not be back.
