Very poor experience. Arrived and was seated quickly no wait. Two meals of crispers ordered. Side salad never came but dressing did? Side of Mac n cheese only had four noodles and rest was just cheese sauce. Chicken crispers were not as advertised evidently they have changed and could not be eaten they were so tough. Manager did comp meal which was nice but food quality was low enough I have no plans of returning anytime soon.

I occasionally place to-go orders from Chili’s and it is always a great experience. Order is ready in a timely manner, well packaged, and brought out to me at my car. Food is also tasty! My usual go-to is the chicken bacon ranch quesadilla, but tonight I tried the margarita grilled chicken and it was delicious. Will definitely order again!

Well the mushroom burger was not done but it wasn’t a mushroom burger it was a burger with mushrooms on top also the waitress acted like she couldn’t remember when I asked for something and when I got it it was not right also I order 3 molten cakes and she came out with 1 I will never go back to the Springfield chilies ever the service and food was bad and I spent 100 dollars I would of left a tip but after everything the waitress did as far as service I didn’t leave a tip

Unfortunately the food quality is going down and the prices are going up.Shame on the manager for letting food go out like that. If you are a cook or manager, you shouldn’t let your servers serve food that you wouldn’t be able to eat yourself. (Or serve to your family or friends)

Wonderful bartender took care of us tonight. Just the right amount of attention.
We were there on this Sunday 1/21 at 4:15 pm.Myself and my family which is three of us. We were seated right away. After 17 mins of sitting and multiple waitresses walking by us and not one ever said a word we walked out.The people across from us were waiting for a manager because they said it took an hour for their food. They were told the ticket didn't make it to the kitchen.Horrible service. 2 times ago we had horrible service. Tried it again several months ago and it was great and then tonight absolutely ridiculous. Someone could have least spoken to us.We went next door to red robin and had tremendous service and good food.
