after three hours and over 15 phone calls back and forth. it is obvious that the incompetence is amazing. we are 4 blocks away and after trying to order online. then when that failed to call and then to place same order over three times still no food. I have used this place maybe hundreds of time years past. Tomorrow we calling the bank to make sure they dont take my money.

My sesame chicken was supposed to be light sauce and crispy and it was literally full of sauce and the chicken was falling out of the breading

The fried rice was really good, the chicken on a stick was very dry- we only ate 1/2 of 1 piece. The honey chicken was ok, the flavor was good, however there wasn't enough sauce and the breading fell off of them since they were all stuck together on one end of the container. All in all, only going back if it's late and there aren't other options.

I spent $53. For my sauce to dumped in my bag. The chicken fried rice to be burnt. Chicken in it was slimy. Nasty waste of money!!! See photos

The food is great. I have another favorite but when I can’t get there this place steps up. The Mongolian and General Tso is on point. Love the egg rolls and crab Rangoon. This is one of the best in Springfield.
This is our go-to for workplace delivery. They must have recently updated their register software, as this time, ordering for multiple people was EASY and quick-we were given individual totals for each order! At the height of lunch hour, we were quoted 40-45 minutes for delivery and it was here in maybe 30. Also, quite possibly the most fully stuffed crab rangoon in town. SO YUMMY!

Called at 8:45pm asking how late they were open, they simply answered 9:30. Called at 9 and they said they don't deliver after 9. I said that would have been useful information earlier and so they hung up on me. Too bad to see a business treat anyone that way.
