We've eaten at China Star since they opened. Lately, the food has been greasy, especially their egg rolls. You can squeeze the grease out of them. This past weekend, (3-9-24) we ate at China Star again. The sweet and sour pork we ordered was aweful. The pork had no pork inside, they tried to pass off fried dough balls as pork. We cut open the pieces, no pork, just dough. We spent over $60 total for all our meals. The other meals were good, probably won't order sweet and sour pork,again.

The service is very friendly and quick. It's not much of a sit down restaurant since it's a pretty small shop. The food was pretty mediocre but was still good enough to eat.

We usually call in our orders and pick up at the restaurant. When you call ahead you can expect it to “be ready in ten minute.” They never keep us waiting. We even love to dine in once in a while. You can always count on the food being just as amazing either way you take it. You still can expect it to be ready in 10 minutes or less. They serve it to you in these dishes that are so pretty in my opinion. They’re simple dishes, but I still like the aesthetic they bring to the presentation. They offer self serve drinks and utensils. Chop sticks available behind the counter if you ask for them. The first and last thing you see when you enter and exit are the beautiful plants they always have on display. I also like that you can see the food being prepared in an open kitchen right behind the counter. My go-to dish is always Shrimp Broccoli that has a delicious brown sauce, tasty jumbo shrimp and comes with a generous side of white rice.

Worst customer service and order taking ever.When ordering let's say, Sesame Chicken. They say, OK 10 minutes. When you gio pick it up and pay for it, it's twice as expensive that is what is on the menu. They say, " you order dinner Sesame Chicken ". You say "no I ordered Sesame Chicken, that comes with an egg roll". They say, "no that's combo" Well, put that on your freaking menu!!!
