My mom had her 38 year!!!!! Retirement party an they were served a pile of corn, a mass of school cafeteria style pasta. This was a complete slap in the face to everyone there! What ever happened to prime rib or fillet mignon!!! Just straight disrespectful.....not worth a dollar. Then even the desert was horrible dry out of a box cake! Then even ran out of it!!!! Not one person was happy with this but most didn't wanna feel ungrateful.

I have worked with cons catering a few times on small and large events and I have always been very happy with the service they provide! The food is always delicious and they have a large variety of menus to choose from. They are able to work with in my budget as well!Their customer service is fantastic! I never feel stressed or overwhelmed when working with cons on any event no matter the size of the event.

My husband and I couldn't have been happier choosing the Inn at 835 Conn's Catering for our wedding ceremony and reception. This all inclusive venue provides so many options and it's historic tie to the community provides a perfect space for any event you may be considering. With plenty of options to choose from, our Garden Ceremony was tailored to fit our vision with the help of Sales and Events Director, Angie Cox. We came to her with a few concepts that we knew we wanted to include but, we still had major decisions to make. Professional, flexible, patient, and creative Angie walked us through each step of the planning process. Wedding planning can be overwhelming and a chore at times, but Angie made it easy working with my maid of honor to coordinate every detail from recommending linens to match my colors, providing samples of on-site dish ware and decor, walked us through the menu, viewed furniture, and so so much more. We can't thank her enough for all of her efforts. Our wedding was a fairytale and we couldn't have done it without her! Banquet Manager, Kathy Smallwood, coordinated our day of vendors, guests, and wedding party. Professional, personal, kind, and organized Kathy met with us several times in advance to discuss the details of the wedding day, our vendors timeline, and our expectations for the day. Her communications skills and attention to detail left us feeling supported and well taken care of. This team worked together on every aspect of our special day and even took the time to prepare a champagne tower for our toast. They are two such sweet and creative women. It was a privilege working with them and I couldn't have asked for more. The catering services were incredible. This location features wheelchair accessibility, a full bar adjacent to the event space with several packages to choose from, and a menu that is so delicious its difficult to choose just a few options for your event dinner! Our wedding party was allowed access to the parlor to get ready prior to the ceremony and family members stayed at the Inn after the reception which featured a historic atmosphere and a fireplace in our room! Such a beautiful venue and a breakfast was provided the next morning! Every aspect of our wedding was made possible through the Inn at 835 Conn's Catering team. Thank you for making our wedding so personal and making us feel special on our wedding day. We will cherish those memories and return every year for our anniversary!

Went to Obed and Isaacs in Peoria, IL. The Cajun Shrimp was poor. It was nothing like Cajun food, mildly spiced with a few shrimp thrown in cornbread stuffing. No sauce at all, dry on its own. Fish and chips was over fried, ton of batter. Won't go back again.
