Curate is my new favorite restaurant for when I’m visiting Springfield! The service is great, there’s a ton of menu options for all dietary needs, and the drinks are awesome!I ordered the Roasted Brie, Patatas Bravas, Lamb Shank Pappardelle, & the frozen flight. Everything was delicious!

Food always good and nicely curated wine list as always. Hostess knew we’d been there frequently and greeted us appropriately.Server was a different story. Very perky and nice but didn’t know the difference between Gruner Veltliner Brut and Gruner Vetkiner Riesling. Had to explain it to her. She should know the wine list. Delivered our drinks and wanted to put in our order. Asked her to give us time and she was back in 5. Our cocktails had barely been touched. Delivered our food, one plate at a time-small plates so I’m fine with that. I had barely put a bite in my mouth before she was offering dessert. I said, “I’ve barely eaten my entree” and thought she’d get the message. I had barely eaten half of my plate or half of my wine before she wanted to give us a check, which my partner let her do.She needs to be trained and to understand pacing. We know good food and we know wine. In a restaurant of this caliber, pacing is everything. If I’d wanted to be rushed through a meal I’d have gone to a diner.My partner left half his entree. She didn’t once ask whether our food was ok or offer to box anything. Always liked Curate but won’t be back until you train your servers. Very disappointing. We still left her a 30% tip cuz I’ve been in the biz . But you may have lost us as customers.

I like that they have rotating menu options depending on what ingredients are in season. The tapas style plates are great for sharing and make it easy to try multiple foods when you visit. Their cocktails are also great, and the service is phenomenal. This is one of my favorite restaurants in Springfield!

One of the best restaurants in the area. The cuisine is a mix of Italian, Spanish, American and modern. The menu changes often. On the pricy side for sure, but I was happy to see this place in the area. The Small Tapas sized dishes range between $10-$30.Never disappointed.Average price for 2 is between $150 - $200 with drinks.Huge bonus: Pasta is made fresh.Definitely recommend!

We had a fantastic time at Curate tonight. Both of us have been wanting to find a tapas place, and there's one within a mile of our house! Great food and beautiful atmosphere. We'll have to try out the igloo next time. Our server could not have done a better job of taking care of us and it was obvious the manager is passionate about this place. The food was fantastic without being pretentious and the service was top notch. Our party of two was seated immediately on an early Tuesday night, but I have a feeling you might want reservations for larger parties or busier times. Great atmosphere too.
Curate never disappoints, it's the ideal place for a special date night or an evening out with friends. Unique dishes with high-quality ingredients and a rotating menu Make this one of the best places in Springfield. Great atmosphere and attentive service from the staff and bartenders. Be sure to check it out, you won't be disappointed.

After being told by friends and family about how great this place was my girlfriend and I went there for her birthday and I guess the best we both can say is slightly underwhelmed. Reservations on line were ez and, by the looks of things on the Saturday night we went, necessary. Service was good. Like many newer restaurants, the place is noisy and conversation is not ez. We tried the baked brie appetizer, lobster Benedict and duck special. All were ok, none spectacular. Desert (strawberry shortcake) was excellent but not worth the $150 (includes 2 glasses of wine and tip) tare by itself. We'll probably go back once the menu rolls over to something else but can't say either one of us will be counting the days.

Best nice restaurant I've been to in Springfield. All the food was done well. The prices are high relative to the area, but since there's no competition they can charge that and it's reasonable compared to a big city. Nice ambiance inside with outdoor seating as well. We sat at the bar and had good service.

Great Food!!!! It was such a welcoming atmosphere. The hostess was above and beyond wonderful. We failed in making a reservation, but she kept in touch with how long until a table. We tried the Brie Plate Escargot, Country Flatbread Pizza, Sausage pesto pasta. It was a light dinner for four of us, but we saved room for the frozen flight at the end of the meal. We ordered two flights for four people. It was so amazing. Best pistachio I've had. The lemon tasted fresh and the strawberry had berry pieces. No one rushed us out. It was a relaxing evening. We will be back. Sorry next time we will take photos.
