Food quality is good, but service was poor. Initially what was promised for liquor constantly changed. Details on math and billing never added up and were constantly changing. Bartender used was unlicensed, could not make basic drinks and service was poor.

Someone I know spoke highly of 5flavors so I contacted them to cater an anniversary party. On April 10 I spoke with Angie about possible dates and what we wanted. She said she would send an email with a proposal. Didn't receive anything so called back on April 17. She apologized, said we were on the calendar and she would get something out. Being naive, I let it slide for a couple months before I started calling again. I left messages but never got a return call. Finally contacted another caterer who responded promptly and got a proposal out within a day. Someone who knows how to run a business. I don't know what the problem with 5flavors was, incompetence or not wanting to deal with a "small" party. I do know I'm very grateful another caterer was available so we could still have our party on the day chosen.
