Ordered a matcha latte with extra matcha and received a drink with no matcha and the lady said that the syrup changes the color… I’m guessing this person doesn’t know what matcha is and just gave a regular chai tea… ?

The lady working the register was very rude, it was my first time here so I asked what she recommended and she said “I don’t know, this is what I get” while giving me a dirty look making me feel rushed. The food and coffee was amazing thought.

I usually just make my coffee at home and on rare occasion go out and buy some. Tried the iced salted carmel white chocolate and OMG it's amazing! My daughter loves the hot chocolate and crossaint.

Almost didn't stop in bc of the reviews but I'm so happy I did!! I'm traveling through the area for work and just wanted a big cup of coffee for my long drive. I ordered a 32oz iced latte and breakfast burrito through the drive thru. The burrito was average but for the price-- it was what I expected and I really enjoyed it. As for the latte, I was worried it'd taste too milky, but that wasn't the case! Next time I would add an extra shot of espresso tho. Overall super happy I stopped by and y'all should check it out.

I came here for the first time and it was great. The açaí bowl was probably one of the best i've ever tried. The lotus energy drink had a very unexpected taste, but also probably one of the best energy drinks i've tried. Tasted just like an ICEE. Finally matcha latte didn't have the best matcha flavor. The service was very nice as well. The employee explained things on the menu to me which was nice. Also everything came out very quick which was cool. The interior overall was comfy and cutesy.

I'm really liking this new location! Service is very friendly. The food and drinks are so good. This time, I tried the seasonal Evergreen lotus drink and the biscuits and gravy. The location is quiet for getting work done. I've been to their first location many times, but I love that this new location is closer to where I live. Highly recommend! I'll be back to try more!

I ordered two mochas. I received a latte and an espresso shot on the side; I tried to explain the my order was wrong, the staff member argued with me and told me a mocha and a latte were the same thing. Mistakes happen, but the staff were loud, young and unprofessional, so I will not be returning. Unfortunate.

The cinnamon toast latte is delicious! Cheaper and tastier than Starbucks and the service is top notch. So happy to have a location on the west side!
