I've enjoyed Head West Subs since I was first introduced almost 20 years ago. The bread is scrumptious, the meats are fresh and high quality, as are the toppings. Their soup is excellent and they usually have several available. There's now a convenient preorder kiosk inside, so you can order, pay, sit down and relax while the food is made to order.Vegetarian options: They have a wide selection of meat free options.

1. Worker that was dealing with all of the subs was wearing gloves but then using those gloves to pull up his pants without changing them. 2. waited twenty minutes and still did not get our food. 3. heard them talking about how they made the wrong sandwich but did not communicate that with us. 4. ended up leaving before we even got our food. all in all, the place is in need of some serious upgrading. we will not be returning due to the service that was received today as it was very poor and could have been handled differently.

This is seriously my favorite place in Springfield!! The staff is incredible, the vibes are on point and the vegan turkey Sammie is the best that I've ever had- I don't know what they do with that bread but OMG

we used to love this shop, has been declining in customer service for awhile, some what understand the hours changing, but when it's 20 minutes to close 6:40 pm and refuse to make a sandwich? Thanks good run from us, but will no longer give our business to you

Amazing subs. Better than subway. They have a lot of meat on their subs and regardless of if you get them toasted or not, they taste great both ways. Been there 3 times in 4 days and looking forward to returning. Their prices are pretty good for the amount of food you get. One while sub will fill you up.
